  jras 'Trailwalker' Team Sponsorship

jras was delighted to sponsor the "One more time, Bob!" Hong Kong Tailwaker team. The team, consisting of Bob Nipperess and Gareth Watkins (embarking on their fifth Trailwalker) together with Stephen Teague and Lee O'Leary completed the 100km walk in just over 28 hours. Trailwalker, originally an endurance training for the Gurkhas, is an annual fundraising event organised by Oxfam Hong Kong. The route follows the 100km MacLehose Trail which runs in an east-west direction through eight country parks and about 20 hills in the New Territories of Hong Kong. The combined ascents allegedly equate to the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest! Through the years, it has raised over HK$158 million to help disadvantaged people in Hong Kong and in other parts of Asia and Africa. http://www.trailwalker.org.hk/eng/home/
